Butter & Eggs

I've taken on the enviable task of baking my way through Paul Hollywood's (of The Great British Bake Off fame) beautiful cookbook, How to Bake.  I might not always make my bakes in the order of the recipes in the book, but, by God, I will make all of the bakes (the ones for which I can locate the ingredients, I should say).  (I'm not a miracle worker.)  (I like parentheses.)
